No video demonstrations. Pictures are small, and its hard to see a demonstrator dressed in black clothing showing moves in front of racks of black dumbbells. Larger images, one per frame would help, then the user would swipe to get to the next images. 4 images fit onto half the iPhone screen is really small. Maybe next update?
yeah these are cool workouts. This is a really good structure and the pics explain this real well. A nice little app to have on your device.
